Last week, New York City welcomed it’s 11th Whole Foods Market with the launch of its Bryant Park location. When real estate brokers at JLL were tasked with leasing numerous storefronts near Bryant Park, they turned to TILTPIXEL for architectural images that would showcase the neighborhood’s appeal to potential clients.
Working closely with the brokers at JLL, TILTPIXEL created numerous realistic retail renderings for tenant leasing pitches, signage, branding and visibility opportunities. In the competitive world of commercial real estate, renderings can often make a key difference in closing the deal.
Our Whole Foods Market renderings are a successful case study of 3D imagery brought to life. The 36,000-square-foot store opened on January 28th and houses one of the company’s largest and most diverse selections of prepared foods. Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan and across from the bustling Bryant Park, it caters to the neighborhoods’ steady stream of residents, commuters and tourists.
We are proud to take part in the successful leasing of Whole Foods, Tourneau, and Pandora at 1095 Avenue of the Americas, as well as Equinox at 125 West 41st and Asics at 120 W 42nd St.
