Corey Harper
As the founding partner of TILTPIXEL, Corey draws upon over 2 decades of experience in architectural visualization to lead digital artists in the production of high impact imagery and short films. As an artist, Corey’s renderings and animations have been utilized by architects, developers, brokers and companies around the world.
Corey graduated with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University before starting his career at a Texas-based creative design firm. Five years later, he refined his skillset as a Principal for an architectural visualization studio in Boston. At the end of 2009 he relocated to Houston where he founded TILTPIXEL. Today, Corey focuses on expanding TILTPIXEL’s footprint in the industry by pushing the boundaries of artistic vision. He ensures the production of top quality deliverables with a rigorous attention to customer service. Corey has served as the President of the American Society of Architectural Illustrators (ASAI), an international organization founded in 1986 to advance the art, science and profession of architectural illustration. He has also received three ASAI Awards of Excellence for his renderings, as well as the prestigious Hugh Ferriss Award in 2019 and his work has been published in Architectural Record.
Ramy Hanna
Joining TILTPIXEL as a Partner in 2013, Ramy Hanna is a leader in architectural visualization. With an education in architecture from Texas A&M and a MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Ramy has over 2 decades of experience in arch viz. Prior to TILTPIXEL, Ramy worked as a 3D Artist for a leading architecture firm in Houston.
With a passion for architecture, art and technology, Ramy has shared his knowledge as a speaker at conferences such as Autodesk University, Revit Technology Conference, and various other events. He has written and developed tutorials and training for Gnomon Workshop, Blackspectacles and other resources. Ramy has been a long time participant in beta testing of 3ds Max for Autodesk and V-Ray for Sketchup, and has served on the Autodesk Advisory Council for 11 years. He contributed to the development of an animated short, which was nominated at SIGGRAPH and was later shown in AMC movie theatres nationwide. He is also the recipient of an AIA Design Award. In 2016, Ramy received a Telly Award for a short film, as well as various ASAI Awards of Excellence for his renderings. Well-connected in the industry and a master of 3D software, Ramy is instrumental in developing TILTPIXEL artists and growing the studio’s client base. He is also a skilled photographer and has a drone pilots certificate for aerial photos and videos.
