Dock 51 Joins Pittsburgh’s Robotics Row

TILTPIXEL joined forces with LLM Design in Boston to create a sweeping marketing film for Northwood Investors. Set in Lawrenceville, just outside of Pittsburgh in what is now called “Robotics Row,” Dock 51 will transform the city’s riverfront with a modern campus that reflects a spirit of technology and innovation.

Pittsburgh is quickly rising as a prominent force in tech and robotics, and Dock 51 fosters this energy while retaining a sense of culture and community. A former Sears warehouse, the development comprises 250,000 square feet of office space. By collaborating with LLM, TILTPIXEL artists portrayed a campus that promotes creativity, flexibility and expansion.

Northwood tasked us with the creation of a marketing tool that relays their vision and spurs interest amongst potential tenants. They wished to showcase Dock 51 as an exciting addition to a neighborhood already teeming with authenticity and soul.

As Pittsburgh evolves from “Steel City” to “Smart City,” Dock 51 will serve as a prominent addition to the community. We are pleased to share a marketing film that advances our client’s mission to drive engagement and secure tenants.
