Celebrating Client Accolades in Commercial Real Estate

At TILTPIXEL, our client’s achievements feel like our own. We are happy to have a small part in the success of PDR, JLL and Related Beal, all of whom received distinguished awards in recent commercial real estate projects.

Last week, PDR was crowned with the coveted Houston Business Journal Landmark Award for Workplace Interior for their project with Vitol Inc. A leading design firm and consultancy in Houston, PDR planned Vitol’s new 60,000 square foot home in a mixed-use development in Upper Kirby. Vitol, an international energy trader, relocated 200 employees to occupy floors that included an expansive trading area with a double-height ceiling. The space blends Vitol’s impressive art collection, including a specially-commissioned sculpture by Brazilian artist Henrique Oliveria, with thoughtful, energizing design that suits the company’s unique needs.

The Landmark Awards recognize Houston’s top commercial real estate projects, and winners must make a major contribution to the city’s landscape while showcasing long-term viability. PDR’s work with Vitol was also awarded an AIA Houston Design Award for Interior Architecture, as well as an Architectural Record Records Interior Award. TILTPIXEL worked closely with PDR to create renderings that optimized the design process.

As PDR celebrates their recent achievement, our clients in Boston are also celebrating. TILTPIXEL artists worked with the creative wizards behind LLM Design to provide renderings for their client on a high-profile project in Downtown Boston. JLL took home a Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Achievement Award for their efforts in the Digitas/Publicis Groupe’s 217,000-square-foot lease at Related Beal’s Congress Square. The CBA Achievement Awards bring together hundreds of the most influential leaders from the Massachusetts brokerage industry as they honor the year’s most impressive deals and impactful decision-makers. For Congress Square, LLM provided a diverse set of deliverables. The LLM team strategized on positioning, messaging, marketing tour experience and presentation, environmental branding and more, while TILTPIXEL created photorealistic renderings to complement their marketing efforts. Armed with the right visualization tools, brokers’ negotiations take a more dynamic shape. It is inspiring to see JLL’s work awarded as we witness the success of their vision for Congress Square.
